K&J Construction emerged from a desire to grow a portfolio of buildings on our own land for a variety of reasons.
Based in North Essex with over 35 years of experience in mixed farming, including modern diversification, we have required a wide range of steel framed buildings both for our own use and to rent to other businesses. As we developed our own portfolio, neighbouring farms and businesses began to enquire which led us to grow and develop the business into what it is today, a company that offers a full turnkey solution.
For a customer base that is predominantly in East Anglia we offer a full turnkey solution which means we handle your whole project from start to finish. We can design your buildings how you want them, based on our own experience of using different types of buildings from livestock buildings and produce storage to commercial and industrial units. By employing our own team of welders and groundworkers we have complete control of the whole build from start to finish.
Having our own onsite fabrication workshop has allowed us to expand the business and offer kit form buildings with delivery across the country.
Fully accredited for UKCA EN1090 markings, and members of RIDBA means we are a company you can trust.
